Residents who want to bring Adopt a Drain to their neighborhood can contact their city. Cities are organized differently, but a good place to start is by searching online to find the city’s stormwater department. Contact the department supervisor or administrator, or in larger cities reach out to anyone with education or outreach in their title. Tell them to visit ms4.adopt-a-drain.org to learn about the program’s benefits, including reduced flooding and cleaner water.
